About Us

New Dawn Fitness is a community of people who value a healthy, active, lifestyle and all that comes with that. Dawn and Paul are a husband and wife training team who enjoy sharing what they understand about health and fitness with those around them.


Who We Are

Dawn: Loves to see the major life transformations of her clients and learns as much from them as they do from her.  She is passionate about her kids, her prayer time, and her workouts and is on a mission to make the world a more positive place. She truly cares about the well-being of every one of her clients and only wants to see them succeed.
Paul:
Gets awkwardly excited when someone moves through the hip while maintaining spinal extension for the first time and is driven to rid the world of knee and lower back pain. He is passionate about being the best father he can be, fine wine under $10, and learning and sharing all that he can about health and fitness.

Our History

We started off training at homes, parks and community centers and now have room to train at our home. Through twenty years of experience, we have discovered that health and fitness are dynamic and evolving things that require a multifaceted approach that is unique to each individual. Our training takes individual needs and the whole person into account.
